Job description

We are seeking a Registered Architect to join our international, busy, growing Studio.

Ideal Attributes:

• 4 years plus experience working as a Registered Architect

• Creative, innovative and collaborative, with an excellent design ability

• A track record of taking projects from inception to completion

• Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to liaise effectively with Team Members, Clients, Consultants, Contractors and Territorial Authorities

• Experience with full project management of architectural projects

• Quick and adaptable learner, able to work unsupervised

• Proven technical capabilities

• In depth knowledge of the NZ construction, NZBC, NZ Standards and regulations

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture

• Revit and Adobe Suite knowledge

• Experience in Lumion would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite

• Experience with workflow management systems such as workflowmax or proworkflow an advantage but not a prerequisite
