The total site area is 5890sqm.The site has a street frontage of approximately 232m in length, directly facing the Barry Curtis Park to the north. The goal of the proposal is to construct 27 dwellings, consisting of 3 storeys. We have used 3 different design-types for this. Each type consists of an open floor plan, with family, dining, and kitchen space at ground floor, and three to four bedrooms on the floors above.House type 1 are premium houses located along the northern boundary, each with a large outdoor living space located to the northern side of each dwelling. These are the outlook spaces associated with the principal living rooms. Each dwelling also has balconies facing north, accessed from first-floor level.House type 2 faces the western boundary, with an outdoor living space located to the eastern side.
