Kayhan Khadem

Kayhan is responsible for the overall administrative management and quality assurance of each of the offices. With more than 35 years’ experience, he has collaborated with some of the largest construction companies in New Zealand and the Pacific, and has been involved in commercial and residential projects, for both new and existing buildings, including the preservation of historic structures. Kayhan is involved in all projects at a strategic level having a design methodology that addresses the unique context of each project and the specific needs of the client. Understanding client requirements together with office team and project dynamics are the keystones for Kayhan in delivering project excellence.


Arturo Chan Mow

Registered Principal Architect (NZRAB)

Bachelor of Architecture (UNITEC ScALA, Auckland,)
Advanced Dipl in Architectural Draughting (Massey University, Wellington)
Diploma in Architectural Draughting (Massey University, Wellington)

Arturo is a registered Architect and has worked on various projects, ranging from residential to retail, education, health and commercial within NZ and overseas in the Pacific. Responsibilities undertaken varies for each projects either from preparing presentation during concept design right up to detailed documentation drawings for consent and procurement stage. Has a strong documentation skill and technical knowledge for detailing.

Prior to this, Arturo worked for three years as a draughtsman for the Ministry of Works in Samoa. During that time Arturo worked on various residential and commercial projects including the development and refurbishment of schools around Samoa funded by the Education Department of Samoa and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).


Anton Patajac

ANZIA Registered Senior Architect (NZRAB)


Bachelor of Architecture (Faculty of Architecture, University of Sarajevo)

Anton is a NZ registered architect with more than 25 years of experience – over 12 years of that being a Project Architect/Team Leader across a wide range of commercial, industrial, urban, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and medium density housing projects. Upon graduating from university and getting another few years of master planning experience overseas, his OE has taken him to Auckland to work on several exciting and challenging projects.


Pauline Shew

Senior Architectural Designer

Bachelor of Architecture (University of Auckland)

Pauline is a senior Architectural Designer with over 25 years’ experience.  She has in-depth experience in institutional, commercial, and residential projects.  She formerly worked as an architect with the Auckland Area Health Board and Maunsell which specialises in healthcare work. 

With ProDesigners Architects Ltd, Pauline has further honed her skills from project initiation and management, all stages of the design process, through to contract administration and completion.  She was the senior Project Architect, leading many projects with the Auckland Kindergarten Association (Education) and Fletchers South Pacific (Retail, Commercial, Entertainment Complexes) for over 10 years prior to 2016 before leaving for overseas.

Since coming back to New Zealand, Pauline is now back with ProDesigners Architects and will be the Project Lead for Air New Zealand, providing the day-to-day architectural input as required.


Zara Baradaran

Architectural Designer

Master’s degree in Iranian Architectural Studies, Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran,
Bachelor of Architecture, Azad University of Mashhad, Iran

Zara is an architectural graduate with the background of working in the architecture & planning industry in Iran as an architectural designer. She was also involved in so many research projects as an architecture history researcher working on Persian heritage sites and buildings.

She is passionate about art, architecture, and photography and spends most of her spare time taking photos and painting mostly from the beautiful scenery in Aotearoa.


Joe Yue Sun

Architectural Designer

Master of Architecture (Hons) (Professional), Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland. 
Bachelor of Architectural Studies, Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland.
 

Joe had four years of architectural experience on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects before he recently joined ProDesigners.

Joe received his education in China and England, before moving to New Zealand in 2010. He completed his Architectural Degree in New Zealand and excelled in his architectural coursework, which included a challenging office studio project led by Peddle Thorp Architects.

Joe has worked on various projects, ranging from residential to retail, education, and commercial in NZ and China. He is motivated to constantly develop his skills and grow professionally. He is skilled in creating be-spoke design concepts, utilizing Revit, CAD, Lumion, and Photoshop for the successful creation of BIM-based architectural presentations.

2022 NZIA Resene Student Design Award Finalist.


Lovejit Singh Manak

Lovejit holds a Master of Architecture (Professional) from Unitec Institute of Technology, where his academic research focused on cultural and historical architecture, examining traditional architectural styles and their continued relevance and integration within modern design practices. Since entering the architectural industry, he has contributed to various residential projects, applying his skills in architectural design, planning, and drafting. 

Having recently completed his studies, Lovejit is eager to continue learning and gaining experience as he works towards further involvement in the architectural design industry.
