Project Overview

Denarau Shopping Mall is the largest shopping centre in the Denarau area. The complex consists of four two-storey buildings with a total of 30 retail units arranged around a central plaza and features cafés, restaurants and 31 offices. The complex overlooks the main ferry terminal in Port Denarau.

The building was commissioned in partnership with Fletcher Construction South Pacific Ltd. It has total floor area of 11,500m² and was completed in 2006.

ProDesigners Architects’s Role

We were engaged by Fletcher South Pacific to implement their value management items through the architectural drawing packages. Some of the detailed working drawings were incomplete, and required additional drawings to be issued for construction.
